can be measured can be monitored.)

• A 911Sentinel48® autonomous constant monitoring and control system will
be provided at No Cost during the service contract period...Free.

• We will accept monitor alarm calls and periodic reports from the
911Sentinel48® at our office.

• We will dispatch your authorized response agents or assigned technicians
and manage the response call.

• We will provide Free sensor and control point programming for the life of the
service contract.

• You will be charged an annual fee based on the number of points; sensors
and control points, being monitored.

• This coverage will be provided 24 x 7 x 365 to give you complete coverage
that you need to keep your business healthy and growing.

• We can notify your response agents using any of the following: fax, email,
phone, printed report, or pager. They receive details of the problem including
the location, sensor type, time/date, and sensor reading.

• Don't pay for more than you need - Don't settle for less than you need.

Free Programming

You can monitor a broad range of sensors and transducers to scrutinize a
wide range of measurements. The monitoring and control system will report
whenever any point falls outside the norm you establish. The 911Sentinel48®
is fully remote programmable. We dial-in and refine the sensor parameters
and the service as your needs change. Programming can be tailored to suit
each component, each process, each site, each shift and your desired
monitoring scenario. It can even remind a specific person when it's time to
calibrate equipment or perform specific tasks. We will do the programming
based on your up to date details at no cost...Free!

How It Works

The 911Sentinel48® sends alarms and details whenever one of the sensor
measurements falls outside a threshold you have established. When an alert
is received at the TX Call Center we notify your assigned people. You can
assign by task or shift. We will provide that contact person with the details
needed to react quickly and effectively to correct the condition. When the
repair is completed a "restoral" is signaled to TX Call Center by both the
911Sentinel48® and your technician.

Automatic Control Activities

The 911Sentinel48® can also start/stop control point activities based on
Boolean logic. You can employ AND/OR logic for more sophisticated actions.
Automatic control activities can be initiated as soon as an out-of-norm
condition is recognized. Control point activities, via latched relays, can
automatically activate before people arrive. This action can often get a head
start on moderating a problem and may even postpone the need for an
immediate site visit.
